Happy60plus will not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to landslides, flight cancellations, weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances. The additional cost incurred such as cost for accommodation and transport in such cases will have to be borne by passenger. Cancellation Policy All cancellations are to be communicated in writing. Any Cancellation prior to the operation of the booked tour will attract a non-refundable amount of Rs. 5000/- Per Person

• 100% of total tour cost
11-15 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour
• 80% of total tour cost
16-25 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour
• 60% of total tour cost
26-40 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour
• 35% of total tour cost
During High peak season period, Hotels Specific Cancellation Policies will be applicable in these cases the hotels may not refund any amount if the booking is cancelled after issuance of Hotel Voucher.
